Edward Stranks is a sales operations expert and the founder of The Moderate Genius. With a deep understanding of sales data, efficiency, and performance tracking, he helps businesses streamline tech operations and scale revenue.

Passionate about process optimization, he builds tools that empower sales teams to hit targets, improve forecasting, and maximize results and ensures businesses have the clarity they need to sell smarter and grow faster.

While building the business, he travels the world with his wife and three kids, routinely spending months at a time in other countries exploring other locations, foods, cultures and histories.

Sarah Moloney

Sarah Moloney is an operations expert and Chief of Staff at The Moderate Genius. With over 7 years of scaling businesses and building high-performing teams, she specializes in creating systems that drive growth while developing people.

Her experience leading sales teams & sales operations gives her deep insight into the challenges businesses face when scaling. Passionate about people-first leadership, she builds processes that empower teams to excel, improves operational efficiency, and ensures businesses have the clarity and structure they need to scale sustainably.

Her approach combines strategic thinking with authentic leadership, helping organizations optimize operations without sacrificing culture or team development.
