The challenge
Jordan works in sales operations at Mastermind.com and met Edward through Cole Gordon. What started as a few questions about HubSpot became a full move from Close.io, with millions of contacts, data spread across places and different workflows.
HubSpot works differently: Zapier connections built around Close.io don't carry over, and workflows, contact records and deal records are set up in a different way.

- Moved their systems from Close.io to HubSpot, along with tools including OnceHub and Aloware
- Took on specific projects whenever Jordan needed them handled
- Taught Jordan to build anything he would run himself: he built it, the team checked it, and they tested it together
